The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Starbucks (Temecula, CA) in Apr 2011
Interview
Great interview process, nothing too overwhelming. Ask standard questions for interview into management. We're not intimidating and very thourough. If they ask you the same
Question just with different wording you aren't answering it fully or giving enough detail. All the tools for a proper answers are given to you before the interview if you know where to look and are being hired from within the company. I sat down with district manager and stre manager and after interview the discussed ingest themselves and called me back and offered me the position with a nice raise.

Question 1
Name a time you had an issue and didn't have all the resources to resolve the problem. How did you handle it? What was the outcome?
It was not as bad as I thought, they asked me about my values, we talked about experiences with customers ( they are very big on treating customers right so a big emphasis on this) and time management
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Starbucks in May 2026
Interview
Applied online, then called the store a week later, said they weren’t hiring for that position actually and then 3 weeks later got a random call for an interview. Two rounds of interviews
I applied for a position online and got a call back pretty much the next day. Interview questions are more based on your ability to tell a story than a right or wrong answer. Two rounds of interviews.
