I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Starbucks (El Paso, TX) in Jul 2021
Interview
it was an open interview. anyone who knew about the job posting came to a certain starbucks. there were multiple store managers interviewing different candidates and if they passed the interview with them, they would get an interview with the store manager for the new starbucks that was opening.
Good and easy questions was able to answer them then trial shift which is it not hard if you have experinece overall 8/10 based intevuew and trial shift . However was pretty busy during it
The standard questions you would expect from an interview. Focus heavily on your desire to work in a community based atmosphere. Their mission is entirely community based and the desire to grow within the company
