Interview focused on past experiences, work ethic, ability to work in a team, and why you want to work at Starbucks. Communication about an offer was emailed within two weeks.

Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
