Stash Front End Engineer interview questions

Initial recruiter phone call. Was scheduled for 30 minutes and a couple hours before got an email saying he would be running 15 mins late to the call so my interview would be cut short by 15 mins. He was only 5 minutes late so all good. We had a decent conversation about my goals, what I was looking for, etc. he TOLD me that he was going to email me back with a coding challenge in the next two days. Was completely ghosted for two weeks until I got a generic rejection email. Gave me false hope instead of giving me a rejection Terrible process. Communication was not great at all
