I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot for Part-time. I could not only work part-time and turned down the position. I kept applying for about 2 years online and finally got a response when I gave up. The actual hiring process took about 3+ months.

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
