One interview with a panel. Recruiters were very friendly and represented State Farm very well. I applied at a university career fair and had a few opportunities to talk with the recruiters outside of that context. At every step of the process they were very friendly and enthusiastic about their work.

Very easy, short conversation with managers. No technical interview, just a conversation where managers explain the company, gauge your skill level. Managers were friendly and more than happy to hear about experience. Overall very low stress, comfortable environment
