Very Thorough. They had a pool of over three hundred and fifty applicants for just six positions. The first interviews were done over the phone. There were five HR representatives who all asked questions. They mostly wanted to get to know me and why I applied. The last interview was with the field support representative I would be working directly with. He was very nice and we got along well.
It was an easy interview process for the intern position. There was first a 15 minute phone interview, then a hour long in-person interview, then I was hired at the company
hirevue was unfair and the website couldnt handle multiple classes. questions asked what you could do better if given more time which made no sense because the questions took two seconfd
