I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2013
Interview
After applying online I was emailed by the agent for a skills test. I completed the test then was contacted by email again for a phone interview. The questions were why do you want to work here? What is a typical day like for you? Would you have any problems obtaining licenses? Why do you want to leave your current position? What is your work style- do you prefer working in teams or as an individual? Can you describe your work style? Why should I hire you? What salary range are you looking for? What other types of positions have you been applying for? When could you start? How do you define success? I passed the phone screen and was told to come in for a face to face interview. I don't remember most of those questions but they were primarily sales related. I'm still waiting to hear back from the agent to see if I made it to the next round of interviews.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at State Farm in Nov 2019
Interview
The process took over two months and I was completely insulted by the entire process. I received a rejection then they reached out bc the other candidate fell through. Once I arrived for the 1:1, the manger was rude, disrespectful and insulted me the entire time. They eventually told me the position was already filled by an existing employee.
