Interview
Lots of behavioral, multitasking and customer situations questions. You must find examples from your last role or experience to answer this question using to STAR method. This could be very daunting, so I would advise you to practice until it doesn’t sound scripted.

Interview
Virtual recorded interview is first after passing typing test. Second, interview is with an HR Rep. It is not a full interview but giving an over view of the position and expectations. After that is discussed, you are asked if the job is something you are still interested in. Offers are sent in writing.
I first received a 7 question hirevue video interview. I didn't hear back after 2 weeks so I responded with one of the emails with a follow up. A day later I received an email for "candidate conversation" which was very relaxed. After that I had an interview with two questions regarding claim processing and was offered the job the next day.
