I applied through college or university. I interviewed at State Farm in Oct 2023
Interview
The interview was conducted on HireVue which allowed you to prep your answers before recording yourself. If you did not like your answer, you could retake it 1 time. There were 4-5 behavioral questions and 1 coding question. The question was rather difficult and long in my opinion. The issue that I had was that I prepared for a java interview question (that's what I had the most experience) but the only languages that were available were Python, JavaScript, and C++. Because of this I used google to help me solve the problem which was a twist on a merge sort algorithm. The good thing about this interview was that it was not timed so I had time to figure out the solution. The first interview took about 30 mins for the behavioral questions and 1.5 hours for the coding question. I am still waiting on a response or secondary interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe the most difficult project that you worked on. What would you have done differently?
Started with a HireVue after I passed resume screen. Had a few behavioral questions with ~2-4 min to answer, and then a technical section in the middle. The question wasn't very difficult and I passed all tests, then the next page was explaining my approach.
Ghosted + rejected a month after finishing the HireVue.
The Easy Process recruitment process consisted of an online assessment and a final round interview. Don't remember the questions but I think they cared about the thought process more than the solution
Two interviews. First online through HireVue and second zoom call. Both technical and behavorial questions. My question was a Leetcode medium. Most important thing they look for is problem solving
