The standard panel interview of three people. One person was in the room and the other two were located Illinois. The position was for a entry level security analyst and I was just getting into IT Security but had many years of working experience. They asked lots of questions for people who were just graduating from school. They really never asked anything about Information Security. I was a little nervous in the beginning but relaxed after we got started. Even though I did not get the job I felt good about the process. This was my first interview in 12 years but now I wonder have I been blackballed from State Farm b/c now every job I apply for is quickly turned down without even being interviewed.
