Interview
I have a phone interview today. I must say it was quite easy and pretty smooth. She was very friendly and engaged with me. I applied about 3 years ago for a position with SF and she said to me that she has no idea why I wasn't hired then. She stated I am a great fit and to prove her correctly. I have nothing bad to say. Pay is very decent, around $34,750!

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First I did a one way video interview that focused mainly on STAR formatted behavioral questions you get two tries to record. Then an additional recruiter interview that asked a couple more STAR questions and went over the job description. Received offer during video interview.
