Application
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at State Farm (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2016
Interview
The whole process took a couple days. I applied I think February 22nd, got an email about an interview the very next day. Went to the interview on March 1st, very brief interview, very friendly interview. I had studied up on State Farm to the T and wasn't asked a single question about the company. Was mostly told what the job role entailed and the fact that I have to get my license. After the 45 minute interview, I was told she would send me a personality test I would have to take. Took that today (March 2nd), passed it and got the job offer officially today on the 2nd.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at State Farm in Nov 2019
Interview
The process took over two months and I was completely insulted by the entire process. I received a rejection then they reached out bc the other candidate fell through. Once I arrived for the 1:1, the manger was rude, disrespectful and insulted me the entire time. They eventually told me the position was already filled by an existing employee.
