State Street Assistant Manager interview questions

Interview was conducted at BKC Mumbai. Interviewers were good and the interview was very professional. Mainly Based on Job description and work experience. Two rounds conducted one Face to face and other telephonic. Interviewed by AVP or VP level interviewers. Two interviewers for each round. HR is pathetic and very unorganized. HR at Bangalore who negotiated the offer was very rude and had negative attitude. The negotiation was sort of take it or leave it. She was very conservative, rude and did not explain the policy on Relocation or any other benefits to candidate which she was supposed to. For any query regarding benefits she replied saying "we will decide that later", as I was expected to relocate to Bangalore office. HR should explain the benefits to a candidate openly which she did not. After couple of back and forth calls the negotiation failed due to the way HR behaved hence declined the offer. The salary was not per Industry standard for the experience and designation I applied for and considering the relocation. Anyone applying for SS jobs should set their expectation straight and know very well before hand what they offer and save themselves from interview process and wastage of time and energy at Screening level. HR should improve their skill in promoting the company to a candidate and explain what they can offer and what they expect from candidate. They should learn how to have a conversation with a candidate as they represent company and showcase good side of it. Very bad experience with Bangalore HR.
