After attending State Street event on campus I was very excited to apply online for this program. So I did and nobody from the company even bothered to contact me. I had extremely high GPA and strong coursework.

Applied online, then had 15 minute phone interview with their lead college recruiter where they mostly asked screening questions like "Are you amenable to X salary, do you require visa sponsorship, etc, then a 45 minute in person behavioral interview with two hiring managers at their South Boston Office

The process was pretty basic. I applied online and was contacted about 2 weeks later for a phone interview. They asked me very general interview questions as well as questions about items that were listed on the description of the program. If I had been better prepared I would have done much better.
