Phone interview:
Give a brief description of the work you previously did, why did you chose State street and they also discussed the pay package (almost no room for negotiation)
HR round:
Why did you chose state street and why this role, introduce yourself, Do you like change and how do you handle change, Are you currently interviewing elsewhere, have you coached or mentored another employee before, what fund experience do you have.
Manager round:
Tell them about yourself, what projects were you involved in at work, what is a fixed income product and what is a equity product, do you have any fund accounting experience ( net asset value calculations), did you deal with clients daily, what process enhancements did you make previously and then they explained the position to me in detail
