Reconciliation as a process which involves standard operating procedures, reporting to client on daily basis. Working on breaks and any new Tranches. Project development via automations and much more. Very live process if one enjoys accounting and has deep interest in finance.

Process is quick and easy. Short and straightforward. Great people, and nice place to work, atmosphere, kind, friendly, easy to understand, not difficult, very respectful, great, nice, kind, helpful, good.

Application was lost in Workday, reached out to hr, was luckily able to get back in process and advance into interviews. Was meant to have two rounds and ended up ghosted after the third.
