I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at State Street (Boston, MA) in Feb 2011
Interview
I went for one quick interview and they offered me the job. It was a basic job interview with questions about my resume and experience. No tricky questions or quantitative questions. They asked me what a future was, and some other questions about types of investments. Again, nothing complex. I think that maybe my process was quicker than usual because they needed to hire someone fast.
It was a college recruitment interview process. I was simple and straight forward. I applied and got an interview. The interview was conducted by 2 mangers of State Street. They were nice and kind. I did not feel too nerves. They mainly as questions about by Summer job experiences and some questions about myself and what i have studies.
