I applied for role and was subsequently engaged by HR team. However, communication stopped and I was ghosted after chasing up multiple times for a response. Please respectfully respond to candidates promptly (in your case not at all). It looks bad for your reputation and brand. Recruitment processes non existent and you don’t review the candidate experience. I’m sure you wouldn’t treat customers like this.
