Interview was fairly laid-back. Consisted of your standard uninspiring interview questions. There were questions about past experiences listed on the resume. Had two interviews back-to-back over a one hour period (ran over, slightly, which I was more than fine with) via Cisco WebEx. Both interviewers were friendly and seemed engaged. One did not appear on video, so it was slightly awkward not being able to see that person on the other end while they're seeing you. Sort of like a one-way mirror!
Never heard back post-interview, despite the fact I thought the conversations went well. Disappointed to see State Street employees carry on with the uncouth trend of leaving candidates in the lurch and ghosting them if they aren't interested without so much as an email notice or providing some feedback.
Talent acquisition was based in India, so emails for scheduling of the interviews and the like (which were canceled once) generally came overnight.
Overall, the I felt the unprofessionalism shown post-interview would make me think twice about applying to this institution again.
