Typical questions during an interview... "tell me a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer", etc. I was expecting a 1:1 interview, but I ended up walking into a room with 3 of the other team supervisors of the call center.

Interviewed by two low energy supervisors. They took turns asking “situation/what if question”. Wasn’t hired because one of the ladies flat out told me that the position was data entry and I was basically overqualified. I guess they are looking for people with no aspirations to work until they are dried and have low energy.
