Applied online then received a phone call about 1 week afterward inviting me for an in person interview. The caller advised of the salary and asked if it was acceptable to me. I agreed to the stated salary even though it was incredibly low for someone with a college degree (or even without one). I arrived and was eventually escorted into a room with two supervisors. Before asking me a few STAR type questions the primary supervisor went over the job duties, training & salary. The other supervisor was just writing down my answers. After the STAR questions were over I was given the opportunity to ask the interviewers some questions. I was then told that I made it to the next step of the process which was an interview with the big boss (the woman who scheduled my interview). When I entered the room she never said hello nor introduced herself. She handed me a paper which detailed the writing sample I had 20 minutes to complete along with a release form for the background check. After I handed over my completed writing sample I was told "Thank you for coming in." I was then escorted back to the waiting area to check out. With that being said I would not recommend anyone apply to this heavily micromanaged position. Way too stressful of a job for such little pay. The leadership team was also cold and unwelcoming.
