Recruiter Leyla contacted the same evening I applied saying she thought I was a great candidate, after she missed the appointment time we set up for a phone screening she just asked my salary req & confirmed my clearance then said she would send my resume to the team. She also missed that time, scheduled for the phone interview with the time. We then rescheduled with the PM Saadia, she assured me of being a great fit and explained next steps and benefits. Leyla followed up to congratulate me on a great interview but wanted to confirm my continued interest as the position is about 30 miles from what was discussed with Saadia and the req but I was still open to it. The next day we scheduled what was supposed to be the last interview and the in person interview. Two days before the interview I was told that I never met the initial requirements and when I tried to confirm with Leyla whether the in person interview was officially cancelled she said she would reach out to the team, I followed up again by the end of that day and no response. Even on the day of. Saadia and the company seems great but this was the most frustrating experience I've ever had.
