The process of the interview is smooth and well-coordinated. The hiring people are approachable and accommodating as well. They explained properly the job responsibilities and the compensation the employee will get once they started working.

Interview
Initial interview just took 15 to 20 mins. All about resume, your availability, salary expectation and basic questions. Must be fluent in english. It's online and fast, straight forward. No need to worry much but you have to still practice your communication.

Interview was smooth even though the SDM was a bit nonchalant and seemed to be in a hurry. It was supposed to be a 2 panel interview but the other lead didn't attend
