Interview
HR Language assessment followed by technical tests on site and final hiring manager interview. The recruiters are very friendly and the communicative, the process is transparent and even negative feedback is communicated to the candidates via e-mail.
I would recommend negotiating the initial offer as the recruitment Team has 3 different layers of hiring offers from which to choose - and according to their need and your negotiating skills you may receive a consistently better offer compared to your peers.

Interview
Only question about the job role I'm applying with, work experiences and the ability to relocate from my present address. The interview only takes about 10 to 15 minutes. I don't know if it's good or bad. The interviewer didn't ask me too much questions about the job that I'm going to apply with maybe because it's only a initial interview.
