1 phone interview followed by department interview. It was a very positive experience and you get to know many people in the department you are interviewing for. Behavioral questions were clear and straight forward.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself/walk me through your resume
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stericycle in Apr 2018
Interview
I was first contacted by an HR representative to confirm some details about myself and to find availability for a phone interview with a hiring manager. I had an hour long phone interview with a hiring manager, which included general discussion of the internship tasks and work environment, 4 behavioral questions-- about how I handled difficult situations, worked with spend data, and worked on projects in the past. We also discussed my curriculum and my knowledge of the supply chain field. I also had an opportunity to ask questions. The interview aimed to educate me about the specific role as much as it aimed to establish my credentials.

Question 1
Q: Tell me about a time where you had to deal with conflicting interests, how did you navigate that?
I applied online. I interviewed at Stericycle in Apr 2016
Interview
I was e-ailed by a recruiter shortly after applying for the job, but that was the highlight of my experience. Recruiter failed to confirm a time for a phone screening and I had to call her between times she specified. She then failed to send me a confirmation e-mail for a follow-up interview with he manager, and the manager called an hour before the time she had stated in the phone screening. I declined the phone call from the manager and did not interview for the position.
