Sterling Engineering Designer interview questions

I was called out of the blue and was asked about my experience. Was told about their great benefits and when asked about the salary, they responded with a range of 18-25/hr which is lower than industry standard in California. I then asked about the job duties and they responded with many other duties that were not stated in the job description. Was then told that they will get back to me with an offer and then ghosted. Seems like a bait and switch type of situation. Won't recommend this company.
