Interview
The interview process was actually not bad compared to most jobs. I took a typing test, math test, etc and spoke with management. They were very nice and put me at ease. They did ask in depth questions but were not intimidating.

What differentiates you from any other candidate that will be interviewed?
A phone interview will be set up. Second, you will go to the home office to take a short 10 question test. Lastly, you will have an interview with the manager of the department. A second interview is possible, if necessary.

Interview
Process was friendly and moved forward quickly. Applicants should expect an initial phone screening. If the screening goes well, the candidate will be asked to either participate in a one on one interview or present in front of a group panel. The candidate will be asked to take a simple financial comprehension test and a typing accuracy test.
