Interview
I submitted my application on Handshake. I got an invitation for a 30 min phone call, then another invitation for another 30 min phone call, and a super day with interviews back to back.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A set of behavioral and technical questions like tell me about yourself or walk me through your resume. Questions like why our bank, why this group, etc. and some technical questions like walk me through the financial statements. They also asked me to talk about recent deals, and why companies go bankrupt.
Six 20 minute interviews.
There was 1 technical and 5 behavioral interviews. There were 7 interviewers in total. Fairly easy, apart from 1 interview where the MD asked very specific questions.

hireview in december, superday invite 2ish weeks after. superday is 7 interviews, fairly easy, one technical, also fairly easy, lots of situational and why ib. nice people tbf. got offer fairly quickly in the process.
I had a first round hirevue interview (mix of behavior, technical, and brain teaser questions) and super day. The super day was 3 rounds (2 normal, 1 technical) I went through diversity program so accelerated process. Prepare a good Why Stifel and Why IBD?
