I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stifel Financial (London, England)
Interview
DO NOT INTERVIEW WITH THIS COMPANY, they will waste your time and have you come into the office for a job they were planning on filling internally anyway.
It’s was a 3 stage interview, 2 in person with technicals, motivational etc.
After the 3 rounds, there was silence for about 2 weeks then rejection, only to find out they filled the role internally. Why waste time and efforts knowing they had plans to fill it internally anyway?? It’s such scummy behaviour
I interviewed with 2 associates and then moved on to a superday with the directors. The associates each conducted their own interview, not together, and the interviews with the directors were also individual interviews
