StockX Associate Product Designer interview questions

The first step in the process was with a recruiter and they reached out fairly quickly after I submitted my application. They were curious about my background and experience and primarily concerned with me potentially being overqualified for the role. I acknowledged that and gave a reasonable answer. Thought it went great, they sent my details to the hiring manager, but then I got an automatic rejection email over the weekend. I followed up with the recruiter about getting feedback from the team, as they mentioned in the call that I could reach out whenever about anything, and yet my follow up was ignored. Hiring manager doesn’t seem to have a timeline on when they’d like to hire, so I’m sure they’ll just end up reposting the job over and over again online.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter, a video call with a hiring manager, and then 3 video calls with the Product Design team. Each video call was 30 minutes. Everyone was nice and friendly. The interviews were conversational, with questions on my design process and behavioral questions relevant to the role. I walked through a selected design project. Overall, they were great interviews, and it was a quick process. The recruiter was amazing to work with.
