I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at StockX
Interview
I met 1 recruiter at the Career Fair. She had said that she is not recruiting for a position that I would want right now, but would be later and keep my resume on file. Then I went to another career fair and met someone else for that company, who was very interested and wanted to start an interview process for me. He had me email HR, and begin the process. I sent in my resume and had a 30 minute phone interview. After doing so, he had told me that I move on to the next round and they will send me data an I'll have to create a dashboard. I spent upwards of 8 hours creating this beautiful dashboard and sent them it back. We were suppose to set up a to meet so that I could explain my process and what was found in the dashboard. I got no reply for weeks. So I emailed them again, confirming that they got the dashboard, and wondering if we were continuing the process, and if not it would be fine, I just wanted to be aware of it. Still no reply. Honestly, overall an awful experience. It was so unprofessional.
The recruiter was really brash and headstrong. I work in a top company and the recruiter was pulling me down / leveling me down in the first talk itself and saying that the private valuation of StockX has 4Xed in less than a year and they will keep growing -Their compensation will be lower / just around my current one at inflated validation. Was such a put off. I didn’t proceed after the recruiter chat. Was one of the worst experiences ever!
