Interview
The interview didn’t take long and was very informative. Interviewer was polite and they ask basic customer service questions. There is a assessment you do before the interview, which gives you examples on how you will reply to certain emails. Pretty easy.
There were multiple rounds with lots of questions pertaining to the role and business area. And also a couple exercises. Typical interview structure, and meeting multiple people on the team.
