Straight forward interview with no real technical questions mainly motivational. Different stages of interviews going from recruiter to desk heads, 3 interviews in total. Desk heads ranged from cross asset, prime and fixed income.

Describe a situation where you initially struggled or failed. What did you learn from it, and what was the eventual outcome?
Very calm and normal. Asked normal questions about resumes and what I saw myself like in the future. It was around 30 minutes virtual. hearing back took an while overall good experience.
