Process had 3 steps: first, quick conversation with hr/recruiter call, then a short meeting wth design team (background discussion, get to know each other better), then on the third meeting there’s portfolio review (walkthrough by case) and a whiteboard challenge when you choose the task, and a discussion on selected problem (meeting conducted by designers). Quite quick and easy

The hiring process began with resume shortlisting. The first round was an AI-based interview with behavioral and situational questions. This was followed by a HackerRank assessment containing both coding and SQL questions of moderate difficulty. Shortlisted candidates then had a virtual HR discussion. The final stage took place at the office and consisted of two interview rounds that went deeper into projects, implementation choices, and approach to solving problems. Overall the process was structured, starting with automated screening and ending with more detailed face-to-face discussions.
