      I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Strada (Bonnybridge, Scotland) in Sep 2025

      Interview

      2 steps, and each were very engaging (nothing that felt like AI / automation, nor checkboxes). Professional tone, courteous and good listeners. The questions were very much aligned to the role, my experience, and exploring who I was as a person to gauge how I would be in front of Customers and how I would deal with scenarios. Timeline wasn't quick, but there were factors which played into that which they explained to set my expectations.
