This was an incredibly lengthy and disorganized process. Several last minute reschedules. The interview with their director of sales, I showed up and sat in front of my computer for 30 minutes and it turns out there was a scheduling conflict and they postponed the interview for another week. The reps, manager, and recruiter would not respond to any of my questions when I reached out. I had a total of 9 interviews and a social, making it to the very end and got told my they are moving another individual forward with no explanation at all. I found this to be the most awkward and unprofessional display of professionalism in my entire career. The job pays $60k with a “5k contingent bonus” which they try as hard as they can to not tell you. This company has terrible reviews and I now understand why. If they drag you far enough to make it to the panel, don’t waste too much of your time because at that point you are on of 10 candidates they might choose. The panel sales scenario interview should only be for when there are two candidates going head to head. This was a crazy lack of respect for peoples time to bring so many individuals to the panel interview. After two and a half months of wasting my time with Stryker, I interviewed with another company and got an offer for over double the income and a fraction of the workload. Stryker is not what it once was so be careful before you blow too much time on this place.
