Interview
The process was fine until the fourth round or so. I traveled almost 4 hours round trip to meet a potential peer in person and did not hear back for a week which was relatively normal. After reaching out to the hiring manager, they said that they would be in touch in the coming week and now more than 6 weeks later, it is obvious that they will not be reaching out one way or the other. If there didn't seem to be a fit, that is ok but the complete lack of communication or consideration after requiring me to spend many hours of my time is very rough.

Interview
Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
It was a very informative and great interview process. A lot of interviews but enjoyed getting to know more about the team and company. I think it was 4-5 rounds.
