I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Stryker
Interview
I left a resume with representative at career fair after talking to them a little bit there, another hr rep called that evening and scheduled an on campus interview for the next day. The interview was very straight forward, simply questions to gauge my personality then the interviewer allowed me to ask them questions.

Question 1
It was a personality interview so there were just a bunch of questions to identify my personality type to see if I was a fit for the personality Stryker looks to hire.
The online assessment was challenging due to time constraints; overall, I would rate it as moderately difficult, requiring strong problem-solving skills, speed, and accuracy to complete within the limited duration.
Loved the initial phone calls I have had. The people are super down-to-earth so far, and they seem to want to see you do well in whatever you end up doing!
The interview process was straightforward and organised. It began with an initial screening call where they asked about my background and interests. This was followed by a short technical/assignment round and a final conversation with the team. Overall, the communication was clear, timelines were shared in advance, and the interviewers were friendly and professional.
