The interview process is immensely thorough. You have to get by various stages and eventually you have a Gallup interview which Stryker holds very highly. It's a system which hires the best of the best.

Very long and grueling process that can take months on end just for you to get a yes or a no whereas a lot of other med device companies have it simpler and way less turnover.
Lengthy process but worth jt. Prepare for Gallup interview as it is very long and can be difficult. Pass or fail. I know people that have failed and passed. Be ready and be quick with your answers.
