I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stryker (Flower Mound, TX) in Feb 2010
Interview
Email from HR to schedule phone interview; Lengthy phone interview with several short questions: Some questions were simply yes or no answers, some had you rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 (how persuasive are you, how competitive are you, etc), and some were short answer. Interview went well, had seen many of the questions she asked me online (that other people had posted) beforehand. Apparently I did well (according to post-email correspondence), however I'm waiting for an update.

Had multiple rounds of interviews. An initial survey, then behavioral interview. After that round there was another behavioral interview with an outside company. Did not make it past this round, but afterwards there would be an additional on site interview.

Question 1
What is one thing that you are an expert in? How did you gain this expertise?
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Stryker in Mar 2011
Interview
The night before the interview, five members of Stryker provided an information session for all students interested in interviewing for the internship. There were no qualifications to be accepted for an interview as long as you demonstrated some interest in Stryker by attending one of their recruiting or information sessions. The interview itself consisted of two parts: general questions (i.e. greatest strength, etc) and Gall-up compatibility questions, which asked Type A personality questions (i.e. are you intimidating, are you aggressive, etc.)
