I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Stryker in Apr 2013
Interview
It was a long process which lasted about 4 months and it included 3 ride alongs with different reps, interviews with everyone on the team, hiring manager, regional manager, and the district manager. There was an interview that was dedicated to quizzing me on the products for the division I was interviewing for. It's a great company but the position just wasn't for me.

Question 1
Are you a chameleon?
What are the top 3 things you like most about your current job?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stryker (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
It was a very informative and great interview process. A lot of interviews but enjoyed getting to know more about the team and company. I think it was 4-5 rounds.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
