I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Stryker in Feb 2021
Interview
Made it to the 3rd round of interviews, which for me was the Gallup. The whole process lasted about an hour and was designed to make sure that you were a good fit for the team. Some of the questions were tough but I tried to answer as honestly as possible and was told that I had 'passed'. Although I ended up taking a job with a different company, it was a good experience and hopefully, should I ever want to work for Stryker in the future, I hope my score on the Gallup will count!
Just had my phone interview, I think it went well. Basic questions why medical device sales why Stryker etc. and some behavioral questions. going to the next step now, so far so good
I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2026
Interview
Interview was conducted remotely from a representative outside of the country. While I understand the company is a large corporate entity, the Interview process felt impersonal and like the role itself was not particularly important

Question 1
Please give an example of one time you worked as a member of a team to solve a problem.
I was emailed to interview for a position in my city. I spent 2 days preparing and took time off from my current position only to get a call from the recruiter that the position i was interviewing for was filled already. They wanted to know if i was interested in relocating cities. I found the lack of communication to be very strange. A simple email would've been productive as i was super excited about the opportunity to even get the interview! Disappointing!
