I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stryker (West Lafayette, IN) in Feb 2018
Interview
The first round was essentially a resume review with some behavioral questions. Then you have to take the Gallup Interview which is done by a 3rd party and is all Behavioral Questions. If you pass the Gallup interview you then move on to one or two more technical interviews.

Question 1
Describe a time when you disagreed with your manager. How did you handle it and what was the outcome?
The interview process involved resume shortlisting, an initial technical round focusing on domain knowledge, followed by a coding test, a final HR round, and a discussion about the project experience.

Question 1
They asked me to explain a challenging project I had worked on, including the problem, my approach to solving it, and the tools or technologies I used.
Process was slow and took about one month of interviewing. They’ll definitely question your technical knowledge. Make sure to have good presentation skills, know your math, manufacturing and showcase all your projects
Unfortunately, not good. They bailed on the interview without notice. I'm not sure if this was a communication error on their part or the engineer was busy who would have given me an interview. But since they didn't get back to me, I'm assuming they just are unprofessional all around.
