3 interviews were taken. First with hr, then Gallup and finally one with the engineers. Gallup was interesting. Too many questions and need to answer fast. Questions are not difficult but have say something really fast

simple it went pretty smooth. They just asked basic questions to get a gist of what you’re talking about and just about who you are. Stay alert and stay focus.
There are four stages of interviews. First is with HR, second is with hiring manager, third takes place with a third party company that gives you a personality test and last is an on site interview
Straightforward interview process, asking about my background in validation, process engineering and more. No trick questions. Need to be able to sell your background as a fit for the role and the company
