I first had a short phone interview with the recruiter. I then heard back quickly from the recruiter and set up a video interview with the hiring manager. During the interview with the hiring manager I talked about my experience.

8 interviews over the course on 2 months. I got good practice at interviewing but I didn't get the job. Why do I have to submit so much information to use your site. This is annoying.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Amsterdam) in May 2020
Interview
I applied online, and got invited for an initial interview with a recruiter, over videocall. This lasted for around 30 minutes and was a pleasant chat. She told me I would hear within a week if I would be invited for an interview with the manager of the team.
Unfortunately I only got an automated message after a week saying not to proceed with my application, not even acknowledging the fact I actually had an interview (which was confusing) - it seemed like a message you would get when rejected in a1st stage of applying with just a CV. When I emailed to double check if this email was sent correctly and if she perhaps could give me some more feedback on why we wouldn't proceed, she only responded with 'we will not continue with you application'.
Pretty disappointing and could have been avoided with just a bit of personal touch in the recruitment process. Left me with a negative experience and a feeling that this is not a company I would want to work for if this is how they treat (prospective) candidates!
