I applied online after seeing the job posting and was emailed by a recruiter a few days later. The recruiter set up the phone interview which was about an hour long, going over basic stuff like my resume, job history, experience, etc. After getting through that, she stated the next step would be an in person interview. We scheduled the in person interview, where I met with 2 of the supervisors who basically asked the same type of questions the recruiter asked while also going over my resume. Asked other questions as to why Stryker? If i was interested in the medical field? Hospital atmosphere? If i was available to be on call. Since I graduated college with a business degree, and had no hospital or medical experience, I was doomed from the start, as they appeared to be uninterested in me as a candidate because of that, and basically blew past the rest after finding that out. So if you are applying for a position located in the hospital, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MEDICAL OR HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE!
