      Team Leader Interview

      Oct 13, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Stryker

      Interview

It was LONG and sadly I didn't get the job offer. 1. I applied on line 2. I was interviewed over the phone by a recruiter that worked for Stryker 3. I had a 3 person panel interview 4. I had a 1 person interview 5. I had a 90 minute gallup personality profile interview 6. I had another 3 person panel interview After all of that, I was turned down. It came down to me and one other candidate, and I guess he had just a bit more experience or answered a question better. With all that being said, I still enjoyed the interview process and all those interviews really prepped me for the next round of interviews that I am having.

Tell me about a time you had a problem with co-worker or boss Lots and lots and lots of situational questions.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker in Jan 2023

      Interview

Internal Interview, treats like you are an external candidate. Way too many interviews for a highly qualified individual. Selection process was bias and did not make sense. Pay is low too.

Talk about experience in the OR and what confidence I had with troubleshooting and customer service. Leading a team and organization was discussed in great lengths. Dealing with overtime was a big topic as well.
