The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Stryker in Feb 2011
Interview
I only had the initial interview, it was a half hour interview consisting of the standard questions. Best accomplishment, Name a time when you failed. The interviewer seemed somewhat relaxed, not too uptight. Created a good interview environment. One thing that I failed to do was practice my wording a sufficient amount of times so I stumbled through the interview. My suggestion is to not make the same that i did

Question 1
Name a situation in which there was a problem, and how did you go about solving it.
The interview process involved resume shortlisting, an initial technical round focusing on domain knowledge, followed by a coding test, a final HR round, and a discussion about the project experience.

Question 1
They asked me to explain a challenging project I had worked on, including the problem, my approach to solving it, and the tools or technologies I used.
Process was slow and took about one month of interviewing. They’ll definitely question your technical knowledge. Make sure to have good presentation skills, know your math, manufacturing and showcase all your projects
Unfortunately, not good. They bailed on the interview without notice. I'm not sure if this was a communication error on their part or the engineer was busy who would have given me an interview. But since they didn't get back to me, I'm assuming they just are unprofessional all around.
