I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Kalamazoo, MI) in Feb 2016
Interview
Started out at a school career fair where I got a first round interview. After the first round interview I was told they wanted me for a second round with Gallup phone call where they asked me a series of questions to gage my personality (to my knowledge, they're looking for strong type A personalities). A day later I got an email that they wanted to set up an on-site interview in Kalamazoo. They were very flexible with times because I had to drive (which they reimbursed) and could only come on a Friday. The onsite interview was set up for all day (8:00am - 3:00pm) with lunch provided. I talked to a number of different people in different areas of the company. I spoke with executives and lower-level employees and really got a feel for the company. The next week I got a call with the offer. Great experience.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Kalamazoo, MI) in Sep 2018
Interview
Very standard interview . We began by walking through my resume. Towards the end I was asked several generic questions from "Gallop" such as "Do people turn to you to make decisions?" and "How do you pay attention to detail?"
